1. Overview

2. Legal Services

BizJuris provides tailored professional legal support to business clients. Engagements commence upon our written confirmation or acceptance of your instructions. Fees are detailed in the engagement letter. Cancellations require written notice at least 5 business days prior to scheduled work.

3. Information Products

Information products include digital guides and templates. Access is granted upon full payment. You may cancel access requests within 7 days of purchase provided no digital materials have been downloaded or accessed.

4. Goods

Physical items are shipped to the address provided. All goods must remain sealed and unused to qualify for shipment of a replacement or a refund request under our policy.

5. Fees and Billing

All service fees and product charges are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept standard electronic payment methods. Late payment may lead to suspension of access or services.

6. Refund Policy

Legal Services: If no substantive work has begun, you may request a refund within 14 days of payment. Once work has commenced, service fees are non-refundable due to incurred professional time and resource allocation. You may request a transfer of prepaid services to a future date, subject to availability and our written approval.

Information Products: If digital materials remain unsubscribed and unaccessed, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Requests after materials have been accessed or downloaded are not eligible for a refund.

Goods: Requests for a replacement or refund must be made within 30 days of shipment confirmation. Goods must be sent back unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment source within 14 days of receipt. In the case of defective goods, we will cover reasonable shipping for a replacement or a refund.

7. Service Modifications and Transfers

You may request changes to scheduled services up to 3 business days before the start date. Transfers are permitted for legal service engagements that have not yet begun, subject to mutual agreement and scheduling availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pursuant to applicable law, BizJuris's total liability under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant service or product.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
